Flow State Meditation

This meditation was a gift to the recent participants of my "Get the Flow Flowin" Masterclass series. It was very effective for the participants of the group, so I feel called to share it with those who are called to receive it.

It's not recorded professionally (there are roosters throughout (which I rather enjoy) and a downpour of rain at the end, as I recorded it while in Kauai, so I won't publish it on Insight Timer with my other meditations, but because it's been praised so thoroughly, I just really want to share it to support as many as possible.
